  • What Are Your Forms of Payment?
    Debit / Credit with Square, PayPal, and Cash are acceptable forms of payment. We also Offer Interest Free Payments via Paypal and Affirm. Because of COVID-19, We Do Offer Contactless Payment Options (Apple Pay & Google Pay)
  • What Are Your Hours of Operation?
    Monday - Sunday 9am to 7pm For Makeup Services, We Are Available for Early Morning Hours as well as Late Night Hours. Early Morning Hours 5am - 9am Late Night Hours 8pm - 10pm If a time is not available for booking, please contact us via email!
  • Do You Offer Same Day Shipping?
    If you place an order before 2pm EST, the hair, accessories, lashes and/or cosmetics will be shipped the same day, & you will receive a tracking number update through email shortly afterwards or once item is packaged and ready to ship. However, in the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day (Monday - Friday).
  • Do Eye Of De Goddess, LLC. Ship to P.O Boxes, APO, AE and AP Addresses?
    Yes! We do ship to P.O Boxes APO, AE, and AP addresses. We ship to all VALID addresses within the U.S. and Canada. Please be sure to put all of the contents of the address, and check that it is accurate.
  • Do You Ship Internationally?
    Currently, we only ship to the U.S and Canada. We suggest, ordering and shipping the product to a U.S. PayPal confirmed address first. Then, from the U.S. PayPal confirmed address, you would have to ship the product from that address to your international address.
  • How Long Does It Take for My Order to Process?
    Once the customer has paid, most orders placed before 2:00 pm EST will be fulfilled and shipped out the same day. But in an event where there is a high volume of orders, the order will ship out the following business day. We generally ship between Monday through Friday. Although we ship orders on Saturday, it is not guaranteed that USPS will always pick up packages on the weekend. We therefore, cannot guarantee to customers that Saturdays are an absolute shipping day.
  • How Do I Change (Address or Items) / Cancel My Order(s)?
    We cannot make any changes to an order once it is placed. Please be sure to double check your personal information and perspective item(s) when placing your order to ensure proper delivery. In the case that there is an error, we will need to refund you your order and you are prompt to order again. It is the only way we can ensure you will recieve your product.
  • How Should I Prep for My Makeup Appointment or Class?
    Please arrive with clean skin. To guarantee a flawless face, please do not conduct any new or overly exfoliated skin care regimens the day before your perspective service date. Remember to drink LOTS of water and get adequate amounts of sleep!
  • How Should I Prep for My Hair Appointment?
    All hair services come with a shampoo service, please arrive with your pervious style taken down i.e. braids, crochet, twist, sew in, etc. unless you do not mind being charged a take down fee. If you do not want a shampoo service, Please arrive with freshly washed, detangled hair! Our stylist will blow dry hair to perfection for the preferred style. Remove all previous styles, if you do not want to be charged a takedown fee. Please remove all buildup from hair before service. When moisturizing at home with oils, use a penny to dime size amount of product to ensure that the products the stylist will incorporate is not excessive.
  • Do You Service Kids?
    Yes, we do! As long as the child is able to sit for the entire service. Please contact us for their Special Pricing!
